Bayer confirma interesse de adquirir unidade da CCGL no Estado
Agora é oficial. A multinacional Bayer manifestou formalmente seu interesse pelo negócio de sementes da cooperativa gaúcha CCGL, de Cruz Alta. A empresa protocolou a intenção de compra no Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica (Cade). Em outras palavras, só aguarda o sinal verde da entidade para concretizar o negócio.
Em período de \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\”silêncio\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\”, a empresa emitiu uma nota na qual afirma que \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\”tanto a Bayer CropScience quanto a CCGL aguardarão também a conclusão do processo para se pronunciar sobre o assunto\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\”.
Com foco na pesquisa de novas tecnologias, a unidade de sementes faz parte da CCGL Tec, um dos três braços da Cooperativa Central Gaúcha Ltda. Há ainda a CCGL Log, focada na logística de transportes da produção, que inclui o terminal de grãos Tremasa/Tergrasa, no porto de Rio Grande, e a CCGL Lac, de lácteos.
Aliás, a unidade de lácteos está em obras para duplicação da capacidade de processamento, de 1 milhão de litros para 2,2 milhões de litros por dia.
